Returns

Non-Customized Pieces

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return non-customized pieces. If your Aviyanka jewelry exhibits a defect in the materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you otherwise shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Customized Pieces

Due to the unique and personalized nature of our customized jewelry pieces, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail and crafted specifically to your individual preferences. As such, it is considered a one-of-a-kind creation. However, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you receive your piece and find a manufacturing defect or error, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will inspect the item and, if the defect is confirmed, we may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Please note that the following conditions apply: The defect must be reported within the specified time frame and the item must not have been worn or altered in any way.

Timeframe

Any return request must be submitted to support@exorti.com within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged with original packaging and tags. Any alterations or repairs made to the jewelry will void the return.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your return once we receive your package. Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item, and there may be additional fees based on your return reason. We'll let you know about any charges before proceeding.

Exchanges

Size or Style

If you need to exchange a piece for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of the received date.

Availability

The availability of the desired size or style cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item and receiving the exchanged item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will inspect the item and provide instructions for returning it. We will replace the defective or incorrect item with an identical one or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Order Cancellation Policy

Non-Customized Pieces

Before Shipment: Orders for non-customized pieces can be canceled at any time before the item is shipped. Simply contact our customer service team at support@exorti.com or +1 646 251 9973 to request a cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item upon receipt for a full refund, subject to our return policy.

Customized Pieces

Due to the personalized nature of our customized pieces, cancellations are subject to fees. These fees vary depending on the stage of pre-production or sourcing of special gemstones required for the design. Cancellations after production begins but before completion result in a fee based on the completed work.Please note: Cancellation fees are non-refundable.If you have any questions about our order cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please carefully review the details of your custom order before placing it.
Sale items are typically final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
