Shipping

United States

All orders shipped within the United States receive free standard shipping.

For customers who need their order sooner, we offer 2-day expedited shipping within the U.S. for a flat rate of $60, available at checkout.

International

We ship worldwide with no restrictions. Orders valued at $1,500 USD or more receive free global shipping, regardless of destination.

For international orders under $1,500, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Limited edition and made-to-order pieces, including the Resonance Collection, may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Returns

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and certificates of authenticity included.
  • Custom, made-to-order, and limited edition pieces — including the Resonance Collection — are final sale once production has begun, and are not eligible for return. See our Terms & Conditions for cancellation windows on these items.

How Returns Work

  • Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage that was not present at delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Lifetime Warranty — Fine Jewelry

Every piece of Exorti fine jewelry is crafted to be worn and loved for a lifetime. That’s why we stand behind our craftsmanship with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers defects arising from craftsmanship, including:

  • Faulty stone settings resulting in stone loss
  • Structural weaknesses in clasps, prongs, or settings due to manufacturing error
  • Defects in metal or stone setting not caused by external damage

What’s Not Covered

Like all fine jewelry, normal wear and tear is a natural part of owning and wearing a piece daily. The following are not covered under warranty:

  • General wear, scratching, or surface tarnishing over time
  • Bent prongs, clasps, or settings resulting from impact, accident, or misuse
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, chlorine, perfume, lotions, or other substances
  • Loss or theft of the item
  • Damage resulting from repairs, alterations, or resizing performed by anyone other than Exorti
  • Items purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers

How the Warranty Works

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@exorti.com with:

  1. Your original proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or certificate of authenticity)
  2. A description and photos of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed, we will repair or replace your item at our discretion, depending on the availability of matching materials and components.

One-of-a-kind pieces — including limited edition collections such as the Resonance Collection — cannot be replaced once original materials are no longer available. In these cases, we will offer a refund in lieu of replacement.

Please Keep Your Documentation

To honor your warranty claim, you must retain your original proof of purchase. This includes your order confirmation email, receipt, or the certificate of authenticity included with your piece. Without proof of purchase, we may be unable to verify your warranty coverage.

This warranty is tied to the piece itself and applies for as long as you own it, provided proof of original purchase from Exorti is presented at the time of claim.
