How We Accept Payment

Exorti Inc. accepts a wide range of payment methods to make your purchase as convenient as possible. All payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment processors, Stripe and PayPal.

How Payment Is Processed

When you place an order on aviyanka.com, your payment information is entered directly on a secure, encrypted checkout page operated by Stripe or PayPal. Exorti Inc. does not see, store, or have access to your full payment card details at any point. All payment data is handled entirely by our payment processors under their own security standards and compliance frameworks (including PCI-DSS).

Authorization vs. Charge

For certain orders, particularly pre-orders and made-to-order pieces, your payment method may be authorized at the time of purchase and charged only when your item is ready to ship. An authorization places a temporary hold on funds but does not transfer money to us until the charge is captured at the time of dispatch.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your payment is authorized and a separate notification when your payment is charged and your order ships.

Buy Now, Pay Later

Where available, customers may choose to use Klarna, PayPal Pay Later, or other buy now, pay later options offered through our payment processors. These services allow you to split your purchase into installments.

Please note:

  • Buy now, pay later arrangements are agreements between you and the relevant third-party provider (Klarna, PayPal, etc.) — not with Exorti Inc.
  • We receive the full purchase amount from the provider at the time of your order. Your repayment schedule, interest terms, and any fees are governed entirely by the third-party provider.
  • Eligibility for these services is determined by the provider and is not guaranteed.
  • If you have questions about your installment plan, repayment schedule, or any charges related to a buy now, pay later arrangement, please contact the relevant provider directly.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Apple Pay and Google Pay are express checkout options processed through Stripe. They allow you to complete a purchase using payment details already saved on your device, without manually entering card information.

  • Apple Pay is available on Safari browsers on Apple devices.
  • Google Pay is available on supported browsers and Android devices.
  • Both are subject to the device and browser conditions set by Apple and Google respectively.
  • All transactions made through Apple Pay or Google Pay are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.

Payment Security

We take the security of your payment information seriously. Our checkout is protected by:

  • SSL encryption — all data transmitted between your browser and our Site is encrypted
  • PCI-DSS compliant processors — both Stripe and PayPal maintain the highest level of payment card industry security standards
  • No card data storage — we do not store your payment card numbers, CVV, or full card details on our servers at any time

Billing Errors and Disputes

We are committed to resolving any payment issues fairly and promptly. Please follow the process below if you experience a billing concern:

Step 1 — Contact Stripe or PayPal First

Because payments are processed directly by Stripe and PayPal, many billing issues — including duplicate charges, authorization holds, and processing errors — can be resolved most quickly by contacting them directly.

For buy now, pay later disputes, contact the relevant provider (Klarna, PayPal Pay Later, etc.) directly.

Step 2 — Contact Us

If your issue is not resolved through Stripe or PayPal, or if your dispute relates to the product itself (such as an item not received, an incorrect item shipped, or a warranty claim), please contact us at:

Step 3 — Chargebacks

If you are considering filing a chargeback with your card issuer or bank, we ask that you contact us first at info@exorti.com. Most issues can be resolved directly and more quickly than through a formal chargeback process. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in delays, and in cases where an order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation.

Pricing and Currency

All prices on aviyanka.com are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion and/or foreign transaction fee. These charges are applied by your financial institution and are not within our control.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.
