How Can I Order?

We are happy to ship the items you like wherever you are in the world. You can order the items online. You can create an account or use the guest checkout when placing an order with us. However, if you have an account, you will be able to

  • Track and review your orders.
  • Create a Wishlist with your favorite items.
  • And save your addresses and billing details so you can ship quicker next time.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. But with a few exceptions i.e., Russia and Columbia.

All the orders are sent securely through Fedex and a signature will be required upon delivery. 

what is your payment methods?

All of our online transactions are securely processed through the PayPal payment gateway, providing an additional layer of security and robust fraud prevention. If your payment has gone through and your order is placed you will rceive a confirmation from us. 

Can I Change My Order?

"You may change your order only if the item has not yet been shipped. Please contact us to proceed with the cancellation of your order."

Delivery

Online orders are dispatched securely through FEDEX courier service, and a signature will be necessary upon receipt of the delivery.

Your exquisite "Aviyanka by Exorti" jewelry will arrive in an Aviyanka Box adorned with our distinctive signature packaging. Rest assured, the packaging used for your order will be discreet, free from any branding, ensuring your complete peace of mind.

The estimated delivery timeframe is determined at the point of order placement, taking into account the specific location of the item you are acquiring. Our Processing times wil be within 1-3 days and within Canda and USA delivery time will be less than 7 days. As part of your dispatch confirmation email, a tracking number will be provided. Should you have any inquiries or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Client Services team, making sure to mention your order number.

How do I return or exchange my order?
  1. a. Non-Customized Items: We accept returns and provide refunds for non-customized jewelry items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, including any certificates or documentation provided. Please note that refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and can take up to 7 working days.The jewelry undergoes Quality Control before processing exchanges or returns. We cannot accept exchanges or returns for customized, worn, used, altered, or damaged items. We retain the right to decline exchanges or returns at our discretion if items don't meet the stated criteria.
  2. b. Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature of customized jewelry, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please review the customization details carefully before placing your order. Please refer to our full Returns and refund policy for more deatils. 
  3. Exchanges -  We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can follow the returns process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
